  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes! Shipping is included in the price of every Paperwish you send! We use USPS First Class Mail to ship the cards for you.
  • Can I get delivery confirmation?
    Unfortunately not at this time. We use USPS First Class Mail to ship each Paperwish. This helps us keep the shipping costs low and pass on the savings to you by providing free shipping. Delivery confirmation is an additional service that will change the shipment type from letter to parcel and increase the cost. If you are interested in seeing more shipping options, we would love to hear from you!
  • Can I track my order?
    We provide order tracking upto the time our crafter ships it. After that, since we use USPS First Class Mail, we are unable to provide detailed delivery tracking.
  • Where do you ship to?
    At this time we only ship in the continental US. Join our mailing list if you would like to be the first to know if we add shipping for your location!
  • How long does it take for an order to reach the recipient?
    Our crafters ship the personalized cards within 3 days of receiving the order. Since we ship by USPS First Class Mail the delivery time to the recipient would be about 5-7 business days.
  • How can I view the status of my order?
    Log in to your account and select "My Orders" from the top right-hand corner drop-down near your profile pic. You should see all your current and past orders there along with their status.
  • What forms of payments do you accept?
    We accept payment via most major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay.
  • I need to make an adjustment to my order! What do I do?
